EAR bears all cost of selling, demonstrating, and closing. Your job is the introduction.
Create Your Partner Account
Sign up in under two minutes. Your account is visible in EAR's HubSpot CRM, which means every lead you submit is tracked, attributed to you, and protected for 90 days from the moment you submit it.
Submit Leads Through Your Portal
Log in and fill out the lead form: company name, line of business, contact person, email, website, and the pain points you have identified. That is all the EAR sales team needs to start the conversation.
Track Progress and Get Paid
Your portal shows the status of every lead you have submitted in real time. When the deal closes, commission is paid within 30 days of the customer's first invoice. No manual follow-up required.

Commission is calculated on the first-year software license fee only. Professional services, implementation, and support fees are excluded from the commission base. Tier qualification is assessed annually.
